We are leaving in an interesting time where all enterprises worldwide, racing to accelerate cloud adoption, are facing the same issues brought by increased complexity in the infrastructures, hybrid, and multi-cloud.

The introduction of new solutions always brings new issues. Organizations are juggling between a variety of apps, legacy monolithic, off-the-shelf, native apps; across hybrid data center, public multi-cloud, and edge. While balancing the old with the new, the need to scale, making sure to preserve security and compliance.
The (DSCSA) is a law act of 2013 that outlines critical steps to build an electronic interoperable system in 10 years. By 2023 all suppliers in the pharmaceutical supply chain are required to be compliant as they are distributed within the United States. The DSCSA legislation aims to help protect patients from exposure to drugs that may be counterfeit, stolen, contaminated, or otherwise harmful. It intended to improve the detection and isolation of substandard ingredients, prevent entry from gray markets, and remove potentially dangerous drugs from the pharmaceutical supply chain.

I believe that the current perception of health and economic risks of COVID-19 pandemic changes based on the country you are leaving.
I’ve been living abroad for many years but I’m from Italy, and I’m seeing what COVID-19 is doing in my country and the consequences that will bring to the economy.
In the last few weeks I asked myself, does it still make sense to work on a challenging technology like Blockchain that will be even more difficult to sell when companies will cut budgets?
The answer is yes, and comes from the design of Blockchain networks itself:
The Impact of the economic slowdown on current, and future, blockchain projects. Takeaways from the virtual panel took place on April 9th, 2020.
On April 9th I moderated a discussion on blockchain governance and current #covit19 outbreak that went beyond the topic itself and touched crucial points about blockchain adoption for the enterprise.
One of the many profound suggestions from the speakers was:
think about blockchain governance as an outcome rather than input, and substitute the worlds, governance and blockchain, with collaboration and solution that streamline existing processes and cut costs.
Blockchain is a powerful technology but needs to be…
IoT and DLT have several things in common:
Are there other things they have in common?

From the speech done at the Mobile World Congress, in February 2019 in Barcelona.
An 18-minute speech, to introduce what is Enterprise Blockchain and its challenges to a non-technical audience.
Our second speaker is Laura Spinaci, she’s going to give us a, a vendor-agnostic overview of what is the business impact of blockchain, and what are the current implementations. So give a warm welcome to Laura Spinaci, please.

What IoT and Blockchain can do for the United Nations 2030 Agenda for sustainable developments.
The interest in IoT started growing when I realized that blockchain technology will be the catalyst for IoT adoption and that the combination of IoT, blockchain, and supply chain, will greatly foster future sustainable developments in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda for sustainable developments.
This is the transcription of part of my speech at the Green Tech…
At the beginning of 2018, I was looking for a blockchain mastermind group but I didn’t find it. At that time I was mentoring a blockchain Consensys’ incubator and helping startup’s businesses to scale. Soon after with my team decided to leverage our network and +15 years of experience in Innovation and Digital at the enterprise level to launch the Blockchain & Innovation Mentoring Lab.
The Blockchain & Innovation Lab is born from the combination of +15 years of experience in consulting companies, multinationals, startups, digital agencies and labs, with the passion for blockchain technology and the desire to enjoy…
Running the Hyperledger meetup in Barcelona I realized that there is huge confusion about what Hyperleder is, surprisingly, also between who is using its frameworks and tools. So I use to ask this question and understood that clarification is always needed.I admit that the ecosystem is extended and is getting bigger so a little confusion is justified.
I started my studies and career in computer science on Linux and Unix in a culture of collaboration and open source software, and only after many years, I realized, that this type of culture is often misunderstood. Many have the idea that technology…
In a near feature all companies will become software companies, but meanwhile, is the mindset of corporations and medium-sized organizations leaning towards innovation and digital transformation?
What is Innovation? Innovation is a sudden spark or creativity and the incipient action that lead to implementing that spark into a company’s strategy. Innovation requires encouragement, collaboration, communication and clear steps to implement the transformation that follows up the innovation. Innovation should be something new that brings value and meets demand from employees, customers, and partners.
Although the conversation with start-ups has already begun and…
